Mat Pilates takes you through a series of movements that focus on total body strength and flexibility using core muscles. Feel better with this balancing, low impact, mind-body workout.

Senior Strength
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seating and/or standing support.

Become a total knockout with the ultimate cardio-kickboxing party! With cardio-kickboxing and body sculpting moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes; you’ll get lean and toned and have a blast doing it! It’s high intensity, fast-paced, and totally addicting!
