GROUP/AQUA EXERCISE Class Descriptions

Aqua Blast
A workout focused on cardio conditioning that builds strength, endurance, toning, flexibility and joint range of motion exercises.

Boot Camp
This total body workout will offer new challenges each and every class to improve your strength, stamina and core all in 45 minutes.

Zumba Fitness
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Zumba Toning
The high-octane, Latin-inspired dance rhythms of Zumba combine with the benefits of metabolism-boosting strength training for one complete workout.
