include improved flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular
health. Learn to “let down or relax” and give back to yourself
through a series of powerful poses (or asanas).

“Beto” Perez, Zumba has taken the global fitness industry by

dance themes, Beto created a dynamic, exciting, and effective
fitness system. Zumba combines fast and slow rhythms to get your
heart rate up while strengthening and toning the entire body.
Come party with us!
