Adult Swim Programs

Aquacise: A low impact workout that includes stretches and strengthening through the use of water resistance and high intensity aerobic components.
Members: free     Non-Members: $30 per month or $3 per class

Smooth Moves: A low impact, low intensity workout involving stretches and strengthening for people with arthritis, joint, and/or orthopedic problems.
Members: free     Non-Members: $30 per month or $3 per class

Adult Swim Lessons: It’s never too late to start.  This class is for ages 18 and older with no experience in swimming.  Learn basic water safety and swimming skills.  Members: $14      Non-Members: $20

Master Swim: 18+ who want to compete or just want to improve strokes

Senior Fitness: An aquacise program adapted for seniors that provides low impact, stretches, and strengthening through the use of water resistance.
Members
: free     Non-Members:  $3 per class

Family Swim Programs

Open Swim: A time for anyone to enjoy our pool and swim freely. 
Members: free     Non-Members:  $3

Flick-N-Float: Come enjoy a movie while you float in our pool.  Every first Friday of the month, bring your family to enjoy time together in our pool.

Lap Swim: For adults and children who want to swim laps only.
Members: free     Non-Members:  $3

Children's Swim Programs

Parent/Baby: This class allows parents to get their baby accustomed to the water and helps overcoming fear.

Parent/Tot: A program that starts children with no experience and moves through 4 levels of learning crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, sidestroke, and diving.

Youth Beginner Level 1: A program that starts children with no experience and moves through 6 levels of learning freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, sidestroke, elementary backstroke, diving, starts and turns.

Youth Beginner Level 2: a continuation of level 1

Swim Team: Available to children who are interested in competitive swimming.  Coached by Tim Krizan.

Adapted Aquatics:  Provides swim and water exercise instruction for individuals with mental or physical limitations.  Water is a great equalizer and provides individuals with special needs freedom of movement to perform activities in the water that would be difficult on land.
